Workout Management:- Making the most of the mess

Our Workout Management team specializes in maximizing recovery from challenging credit situations. We have a deep understanding of the nature of loan portfolios. And we’re very good at Excel. These are two of the key ingredients for a successful loan portfolio transaction to take place. In addition, we are disciplined and organized and have led numerous complex, cross-border, multi-party deals across several European jurisdictions. We do offer our services to sellers, but mostly represent portfolio buyers that prefer to work with us through the whole lifecycle of bidding, on-boarding and workout process. We have participated in 30 significant portfolio underwriting efforts during the last 7 years and approximately half of those efforts have led to successful bidding and closing by our clients.
Debt Advisory:- The art of the impossible
Our area of expertise requires a healthy dosage of optimism, blended with brutal realism. We strive to solve situations others might want to sway away from. We are attracted by complexity and challenging situations. We help companies raise debt capital from banks and non-bank lenders, as well as private equity where debt just doesn’t cut it. We bridge gaps where possible by applying our skill set towards both operational and capital restructuring. We source local deals to international Investors and have the market reach, skills and the experience to execute large and small transactions.
